Prices are per night in EUR. For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen can be changed weekly at no extra charge. As we also welcome guests with allergies, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept pets. Longer stays and discounts available on request.

Arrival and departure:
Arrival after 4 p.m. or by arrangement.
Departure before 11 a.m. or by arrangement.
- Please do not smoke or use incense sticks in the apartment.
- Events and parties are not permitted.
- Do not use open flames (e.g., candles) inside the apartment.
- Do not enter the living room and bedroom with outdoor shoes.
- Do not use furniture from the rooms on the terrace—and vice versa!
- Pets are not allowed.
Enjoy the peace and quiet!
As the Jakobsberger Hof is located in a residential area, we kindly ask you to observe the generally applicable quiet hours, e.g., no loud music/noise on the terrace or in the outdoor area after 10:00 p.m. Please keep the volume down indoors.
Bicycles/e-bikes can be parked safely overnight in the courtyard or garage.
You are also welcome to charge your e-bike batteries with us and use the “compressed air filling station.”
Cars can be parked free of charge on the marked areas on Bergstraße.
Security: The courtyard, house, and cellar entrances are monitored by video surveillance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in. Guests who have booked less than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that, a 50% refund will be issued up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds will be issued after that.
